This urban hotel is located on a main road in Durham. It is approximately 25 miles to Newcastle (NCL) Airport. Tees Side (MME) is located about 30 miles away.

The hotel has 207 non-smoking rooms, including 8 junior suites and 150 double rooms, which are located on 4 stories and are reachable by elevator. The reception desk is open around the clock.
