All airline refunds and future credits are governed by the specific fare rules, policies, and procedures of each airline

Service fees will be converted to your local currency on the payment page. Passenger categories include adults, children, seniors, infants, students, and military personnel. Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits will be applied on a per passenger, per ticket basis.

Similar to our transaction service fees (booking fees), all service fees related to post-ticketing actions are non-refundable and may change without prior notice. These fees are in addition to any charges imposed by the airline or other suppliers.

Government-mandated taxes and fees may also change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.

  1. The majority of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only available if the fare rules of our Travel Suppliers permit cancellations and refunds, and if we have accepted your refund request. Additionally, you must not be classified as a "no show" (as most "no show" bookings are ineligible for any refund processing waivers from suppliers), and we must be able to obtain waivers from suppliers to process your requested cancellation and refund.
  2. Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline refunds and future credits are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures of the airline.
    • Special Services : All services mentioned are provided on a request basis only and are subject to review and approval by each airline, in accordance with their fare rules, policies, and procedures
    • Name Misspelling : The passenger's name on the airline ticket must match their passport or another universally accepted Government ID.
    • Visa/Passport : A decline letter for a visa or passport is typically required to process a request.
    • Baggage : Please keep all receipts and baggage tags.
    • No-Show :Documentation explaining why you were unable to attend your scheduled departure will be required.
    • Denied Boarding :Documentation explaining the reason for your denied boarding on the scheduled departure will be required.
    • Duplicate Tickets:Copies of all tickets reflecting the exact same itineraries booked with us will be necessary to process a refund request.
