Throughout these Terms and Conditions, as well as in our other documentations, such as our Privacy Policy and Golden Guarantees, we will refer to the Site as the primary platform for our services.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Your use of the Site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your relationship with us and any transactions that you may enter into with us. By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, we kindly request that you refrain from using the site or making any bookings or reservations through our call centre agents.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date of posting on the Site, or such other date as we may specify at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site following the posting or implementation of any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are familiar with the latest version.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the Site, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which exclusively govern your relationship and any transactions with us. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition for using the Site and for making any bookings or reservations through our call centre agents. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site or make any bookings or reservations through our call centre agents.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

Please note that all airline tickets are non-refundable. However, in certain cases, the airline under its sole discretion, may permit cancellations, and a credit may be available for future ticket purchases as per the airline terms and conditions. This credit is typically subject to an applicable fee and any fare difference, and is only valid for travel on the same airline.

Cancellation Procedure

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must contact our customer service agent prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment. Please be aware that we do not guarantee that cancellations will be possible. If a cancellation is permitted, a cancellation fee will be payable to us at the time of cancellation, and this fee will be retained by

Credit Validity and Usage

If a credit is available, it will be held for a limited time period, and you must use it by the specified date. If you fail to use the credit within the time limit, you will forfeit the credit amount. When you are ready to make a new booking, you will be required to pay any fare difference, applicable airline fees, and EaseMyTrip Ticket Exchange fees.

Governance of Changes and Fees

All changes and fees are governed by the airlines' rules and regulations. EaseMyTrip does not provide any representations or guarantees on changes of fees. Our customer service agents will assist you in locating your desired new flights and attempt to re-book the new flights based on availability and other factors. However, we do not make any additional representations regarding our Ticket Exchange fees.

Important Note

Please be aware that the credit is subject to time constraints and a specific expiration date, and you should discuss these details with our customer service agent. Additionally, all cancellations and changes are subject to the airlines' rules and regulations, and EaseMyTrip does not have any control over these policies.

REFUND POLICY

If you've applied for a refund, please note that processing times may vary and are not guaranteed. Refunds are processed initially by the airline, and they hold sole responsibility for refunding the amount. Refunds are handled on a request basis, so to check the status of your refund, contact us immediately after submitting your request. Once your refund is confirmed, please allow up to 60 additional days for it to appear on your credit or debit card.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT TERMS

  • 1. All credit cards must have a verifiable billing address from the UK or another accepted country. To view the list of eligible countries, please refer to the dropdown menu on the checkout page.
  • 2. Bookings and fares are not confirmed until tickets are issued. For hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, reservations are only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email with a booking number.
  • 3. When submitting your credit or debit card for payment, we request an authorization for the estimated transaction amount, placing a temporary hold on the funds. If your booking cannot be confirmed, you will not be charged, and we will request your bank to release the hold. Until the hold is lifted, the funds will not be accessible for other purposes.
  • 4. If there is an issue with your credit or debit card, we will attempt to notify you within a few hours. However, submitting your card details does not guarantee ticket issuance.
  • 5. EaseMyTrip is not responsible if your credit or debit card is not charged. Reasons for this may include: failure on the part of the airline to confirm the booking, fare changes after payment submission, insufficient funds, or an unverifiable billing address.
  • 6. EaseMyTrip employs robust security measures for processing credit and debit card payments. Any fraudulent transactions are reported to airport security, airlines, and relevant government authorities.
  • 7. You are responsible for resolving any credit or debit card disputes, including fraudulent transactions, made on your behalf or by someone using your details. You agree to indemnify EaseMyTrip for any losses incurred due to fraud or chargebacks.
  • 8. Credit or debit card transactions made through our Customer Service Department over the phone are recorded. These recordings may be used as evidence in disputes or legal proceedings, as well as for training and auditing purposes.
  • 9. Online credit card transactions are authorized when the user or their representative accepts the terms and conditions and proceeds with the purchase.
  • 10. Transactions flagged as high-risk by our system will not be processed until our verification team confirms their validity. To verify these transactions, we may contact you or your bank.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DECLINES

If your credit or debit card is declined during the booking process, we will attempt to notify you via email within our business hours. Please note that in such cases, your booking will not be processed. Additionally, the fare and other booking details cannot be guaranteed under these circumstances.

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

Changes to airline tickets included in your booking are subject to restrictions and the airline's fare rules, whichever is stricter. Once your booking is confirmed, changes to the travel date or passenger name are generally not allowed. EaseMyTrip does not guarantee or take responsibility for bookings or reservations that are altered at the customer's request.

If changes are permitted, additional charges may apply, including the travel supplier's fee and any fare difference. For details on the total cost of changing your airline ticket, please contact our Customer care team .

Please note that EaseMyTrip charges a separate ticket exchange fee, which is in addition to the travel supplier's fee and any applicable fare differences.

FARE CHANGES

In some cases, even after you have received the ticket confirmation email, the price of a service element included in your booking may change.

If you wish to proceed with the booking, we reserve the right to recover any increase in the price of the service element from you. We will inform you of any fare changes, but EaseMyTrip does not take responsibility—financial or otherwise—for such changes. Upon receiving notification of the revised fare, you may choose to either cancel your booking or proceed with it at the updated cost. Please note that cancellations initiated by the customer will be processed in accordance with the airline's applicable cancellation policies and terms.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES/FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

EaseMyTrip strongly advises that you reconfirm your flight schedules directly with the respective airlines. This is particularly important, as airlines may implement last-minute schedule changes. We recommend checking flight schedules at least 24 hours before departure for domestic flights and 72 hours for international flights.

Please be aware that airlines often make schedule changes without prior notice or explanation. EaseMyTrip holds no responsibility or liability for such changes.

If an airline modifies the timing of your flight, and the changes are within a short time frame of your original schedule, we will notify you via email. While we will attempt to contact you on the contact number shared by you at the time of booking the flight, if we are unable to do so for any reason, our email notification will serve as the final notice.

For schedule changes within a 4-hour window, tickets will remain non-refundable. In some cases, ticket types may be non-refundable even if the schedule change exceeds 4 hours

ACCESSING THE SITE

Access to this website is provided on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services offered on the site without prior notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the site at any time or for any duration. It is your responsibility to ensure all necessary arrangements are made to access the site. Additionally, you must ensure that anyone accessing the site through your internet connection is aware of and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

We may, at our discretion, restrict access to certain parts of the site or the entire site for registered users only. Furthermore, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to all or part of the site at any time, with or without notice and without liability, for any reason or no reason.

If you are provided with a user identification code, password, or any other security credentials, you are responsible for keeping this information confidential and must not share it with any third party. We retain the right to disable any user credentials, whether chosen by you or assigned by us, if we determine that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

HUMAN ERROR OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT'S ERROR

Upon receiving your ticket confirmation email, please review all details carefully to ensure their accuracy. If you identify any errors in the ticket you have purchased, you must notify us immediately and no later than the end of the same day (local time in London, United Kingdom) to allow us to make the necessary corrections. Any error notifications received after this deadline cannot be accommodated, and EaseMyTrip shall not be held responsible or liable for such errors, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
