The travel site www.easemytrip.co.uk is maintained by EaseMyTrip UK Ltd. It is a law-abiding company existing compliant with the Laws of the United Kingdom. By accessing or using this site or using any of its services, you are agreed on the terms and conditions mentioned below, including any supplementary guidelines and future modifications. EaseMyTrip.co.uk may change, alter or remove any part of these below written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any changes done to these Terms and Conditions of use will be applicable at the moment they are posted on the site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the booking.
Any liability for defective services, death, injury or illness caused by the negligence of the supplier, its agents or subcontractors will not be a liability of EaseMyTrip and will require you to claim against the supplier of the service concerned. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the suppliers or for the travel services provided by them.

Agreement between the Clients & EaseMyTrip.co.uk

The passenger needs to confirm that he/she has accepted these terms and conditions or on behalf of him/her and all members of their journey. This user agreement is between easemytrip.co.uk and the passenger and all the passengers travelling, are governed by the laws of England.

Prices on the Website:

The price, which we offer on EaseMyTrip.co.uk, generally includes taxes (unless specified otherwise). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges.

Mode of Payments & the Policies:

Our payment gateway is completely secure and customers can make online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.

Bookings

Bookings made online on our website www.easemytrip.co.uk or over the phone 0 2045 868514 to travel agents. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. We do not guarantee that any of the travel services that we advertise, including on our website, will still be available at the time of booking and once you have made a booking request, we will confirm the availability of your chosen travel services to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all names are correct as per the passports of the travellers and that the travel itinerary is correct as per your requirements. Changes are rarely possible once flight tickets and other travel documents are issued, and alterations may incur additional charges.

Availability: Availability of seats and fares are at the airline’s discretion and can be changed anytime. Flight times shown are provisional and may be subject to change, as per the airline’s booking conditions.

Fares: Fares can be changed anytime and therefore; you need to make payment within 1 hour of your booking to guarantee the fare offered. If your fare has changed by the time, you make payment, you will have a right to cancel and claim a full refund if you do not want to proceed with the booking.

Indirect flights: Please note that some flights may be indirect and fly via other airports. There is a difference between Direct and Non-Stop flights. Direct flights can take technical stopovers for refuelling and washing purposes but non-stop flight is not taking any stops. Where an indirect flight is offered, full details of any flight stopovers will be made clear to you at the time of booking.

The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes. In case of an increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket, due to airlines, miscalculation in amount due to server error and from the bank’s payment gateway issue then EaseMyTrip.co.uk reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as cancellation charges. The difference in amount should be paid to EaseMyTrip UK Ltd. after the communication from EaseMyTrip.co.uk to avoid any discomfort.
You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. To get any infant’s ticket issued, the age of the infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 16 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of an infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.
To get any child ticket issued, the age of a child must be between 2-11 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 16 years old. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier. The company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline's end.
If a ticket is cancelled directly from the airline’s website, office or call centre, the customer needs to inform EaseMyTrip.co.uk for the refund to be processed. Please note that EaseMyTrip.co.uk do not get any alerts from airlines directly.

Baggage Policy

Many scheduled airlines have made changes or are in process of making changes to their baggage allowance for the Economy/coach class. Baggage might differ significantly from airline depending on the route. Economy class tickets can be purchased with or without Baggage from the UK. Our booking process/confirmation will highlight whether the baggage is included or not. Baggage can be added to a booking even after the tickets are issued but may come at a different cost than at the time of issuing tickets. Baggage pricing will be as advised by the airline. You should ensure that you do not carry any restricted items.

Delivery of Documents

Travel documents (e.g. tickets/Insurance policies etc) will be sent to you by post or by email within 48-72 hours following full payment of your booking, except in the case of a very late booking, in which case documents can be sent within 24 hours. You will get the e-ticket within 24-48 hours of your booking and after the payment in full only. On receipt of all travel documents please check whether the details such as names, dates and timings are accurate and advise us immediately if there are any errors or omissions. Also, please note that all flight tickets or any product supplied are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Flight Amendment Policy

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly. Amendment charges on EaseMyTrip.co.uk are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class. To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, EaseMyTrip.co.uk recommends customers to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds. EaseMyTrip.co.uk levies a negligible amount of £25 per passenger for domestic and £50 per passenger for international air tickets as an admin fee for any of the changes.

Name Change: - Name change is strictly not permitted with most airlines. Therefore, you must check the names and update them as per passport while booking the flights. Once the ticket is issued, the name change would not be permitted. Few airlines allow you to correct the name with an admin fee but it is also the discretion of airlines and cannot be confirmed without checking with airlines.

Cancellation Policy

Every booking made on EaseMyTrip.co.uk is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class. EaseMyTrip.co.uk levies a negligible amount of £25 per passenger/per sector for domestic and £50 per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.

  • The travel insurance fee is non-refundable.
  • Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.
  • Cancellations can be made online or offline through My Booking section or by sending an email to EaseMyTrip.co.uk @ care@easemytrip.co.uk.

For cancellation requests received, the refund shall be processed at the earliest once a request is received. In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds shall be processed post deduction of airline charges along with our service charge. All refunds shall be processed subject to the processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note the convenience fee charged at the time of booking is not refundable.

In case of no-shows or unutilised bookings, the customers are required to make requests for any valid refunds, as per the defined policies, within 180 days of the travel. No refund would be payable for requests raised after the expiry of 180 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilised bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

Refund Policy

EaseMyTrip.co.uk will process the refund only after getting a cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through my booking section or email. Refunds against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly to the customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.
EasemyTrip.co.uk will process the refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines. Due to Banking Procedures, a Refund on credit cards may take a duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in the case of net banking transactions.

Refunds in cases where the Airlines is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt

EaseMyTrip.co.uk shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airline closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent. The customers or clients or agents shall not hold EaseMyTrip.co.uk liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of a ticket in cases where the Airlines closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.
On the basis of assurance given by airlines/suppliers, EaseMyTrip.co.uk may sometimes refund the amount to the customer but EaseMyTrip.co.uk reserves the right to recover the refunded amount in the event of Airlines getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.

Passport, Visa & Health

Your specific passport and Visa requirements and other immigration requirements are your responsibility. Please check out the concerned airline and embassy for concerned Visa requirements. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Please carry an applicable visa for the respective country you are visiting or transiting through. You may check the UK government foreign travel website for the most up-to-date information on visa entry requirements at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

Saudi Arabian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Pakistan Airlines and few other airlines cannot be issued without complete passport details of the passengers. Hence, you need to provide passport details without miss to our customer care care@easemytrip.com. We are not responsible for the difference of fare in case of delay in response from your side.

International bookings made through EaseMyTrip.co.uk are subject to the requirements of the visa including but not limited to a transit visa which is to be obtained by the User as per the requirement of their travel bookings and the requirements of the countries the traveller intends to visit or transit through.

EaseMyTrip.co.uk is not responsible for any issues, including an inability to travel, arising out of such visa requirements and is also not liable to refund any amount to the user for being unable to utilise the booking due to the absence or denial of visa. Refunds, if any, will be as per the applicable terms of booking and cancellation policy.

We can provide you basic information about the Passport and Visa but you have to check it carefully before booking the flights from the concerned embassy or airlines. Passport should be valid for at-least 6 months before your return date. However, requirements can be changed to anything and you should check it before departure.

An ESTA visa is a necessary requirement for all USA-bound travel as well as transiting the USA; an ETA visa is a necessary requirement for all Australia-bound travel as well as transiting Australia. Please check if your flight has an alteration involving two separate airports with the path, it is your duty to arrange the transfer to the correct airport and to arrange a transit visa if applicable. Special conditions apply for travel to the USA and all passengers must have individual machine-readable passports. Please check https://uk.usembassy.gov.

Security: Up-to-date travel advice can be obtained from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, visit visit www.gov.uk.

Passenger is responsible for informing us in case of any medical conditions and reduced mobility before booking the flights so that we can ensure the suitability of your trip for your travelling.

Pregnancy: Most airlines reserve a right to refuse embarkation to a woman who is in advanced pregnancy. Accordingly, please tell us at the time of making your booking if you or someone in your party is pregnant (or becomes pregnant before departure) so that we can check the policy of the relevant airline and advise you accordingly.

All airlines recommend the pregnant ladies to consult a doctor before traveling at any point during their pregnancy. We request all pregnant ladies to read the pregnancy rules of the respective airlines before planning their trip. Some important points that need to be followed are:

  • Take a medical clearance from your healthcare provider or doctor not more than 7 days before your journey stating that you are fit to travel.
  • You should avoid taking flights if your pregnancy is complicated and risky in nature.
  • You should take your due date into consideration for the return trip.
  • If you are travelling on long-haul flights, identify if your body allows you to take a hectic flight journey as the seat-width may be uncomfortable in case of heavy pregnancy.

EaseMyTrip.co.uk, as being a reputed and responsible travel agency, provides you with the best possible information available with us. However, it is advised to all the clients to make a personal inquiry to avoid any confusion & mess. We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in your travel due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during your travel. You are accountable for your own safety measures.

Responsibility For Your Booking

Your contract is with the supplier/principal and its booking conditions apply. We are responsible to book your travel arrangements as per your instructions. We do not accept any responsibility for the actual provision of the travel arrangements as an agent.

If a problem arises due to negligence of us or any of our employees while he/she is working with us, we are responsible for limiting liability and death or personal injury.

Use of the Website

In the case of your use of this website, you agree that:

    The customer acknowledges that the SMS sent by EaseMyTrip.co.uk is an added facility for the convenience of the customers. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. If you don’t receive any SMS for any reason, EaseMyTrip.co.uk is not liable for the same.

    EaseMyTrip.co.uk is not responsible for providing information about any change in flight schedules, cancellations and status of the airline.

    Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes

    We inform you on a prior basis that if the government revises some taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.

    Unavoidable And Extraordinary Circumstances

    Force Majeure: This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riots, industrial disputes, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions etc.

    Please Note: - We are acting as an agent of airlines and it is the discretion of airlines to compensate you in case of any change due to unavoidable and extraordinary conditions. It would be as per the policy of airlines.

    Sanctioned Countries

    Various countries, including Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Afghanistan, Herzegovina, Burundi, Guinea, Haiti, Cuba, Donetsk, Luhansk Regions Central African Republic, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Russia, Nicaragua, Yemen, Zimbabwe Sudan and the Crimea are sanctioned in the UK by the government authorities. Therefore, these countries require special approvals or permission to visit the UK.

    Financial protection

    We provide financial protection for some (but not all) of our flight-only services by way of our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence number (ATOL) 12290, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, Gatwick Airport South, West Sussex, TH6 0YR telephone 0333 103 6350, email claims@caa.co.uk. The money paid to us will not be protected by our ATOL licence in the event of either our or any supplier’s insolvency. When you buy an ATOL protected flight from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate.

    When you buy an ATOL protected flight from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. Sales of single components are unlikely to be covered by an ATOL license or liability for overseas performance (including death, illness or injury) unless the supplier’s terms and conditions make this clear. Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on our website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you are not receiving the ATOL certificate for your booking, it is not ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Please see our booking conditions for information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to: www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate.

    If we have sold to you as agent for another ATOL holder then that other party’s booking conditions will apply to your booking. All booking conditions for our suppliers are available from us on request but will usually be available to you on their website. Not all of our flights are ATOL protected: some flight only sales are sold by us as agent for the airline.
