Well well its a 2 star hotel designated around a residential area of Mestre Italy 15 mins tram ride to Venice and a 5 to 10 minute stroll to the tram stop.or you can even catch a bus in that case...

Arrived over Easter and asked the receptionist about tram tickets into Venice. We were told all the tabacs, where tickets are sold, were closed and we'd have to get the tram into Venice to buy...
