On pedestrian road with no lift

Took a while to find as the town having lots of roadworks done. Wanted a balcony so up on third floor, no lifts but our luggage carried up for us. Parked in side road by hotel. Breakfast not included...

Absolutely awful. Surrounded by empty tables full of dirty dishes, food really bad and no service to speak of. One little waiter tried his best but the owner (manager?) had no interest in the diners...
