Very bad

Charges are as for 5 star but there’s nothing close to it. Poor room design, kitchen opens at 9am, so,no tea coffee for early birds. I wouldn’t expect such poor service paying 5000 a night...

We visited Kasol with family and stayed at this amazing hotel. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very sweet and helpful. This is a new location so please expect few innocent mistakes by staff...
