Terrible hotel, service issue's and hot water and they take so long to respond to customers requirements such as room service issues please please avoid this hotel, the only good thing is the location

We Stayed on 29 Jun Room category was The Royal Grand but royal is just a name there is no water,no shower,no towel, bathroom's door get lock every time and it require metal screwdriver to open...
