Rats in bathroom. Hideous.

Rat droppings in bathroom two days in a row. No replica keys, so was temporarily locked out of room. Frayed stained bed sheets. Nobody in charge. Grotty, overpriced. Swimming pool water...

Overall poor experience..except the location of the resort and food nothing is great here. Rooms r big but furniture and bathroom fittings seems to be decade old..TV not working...Air conditioners...
